Earnings Disclaimer: The Virtual Studio does not make any income and revenue guarantees for courses purchased. All financial statements and numbers on this page are for representative purposes only. Client results may vary due to conditions beyond the control of The Virtual Studio. This includes, but is not limited to client time input, client attitude, medical conditions, client’s personal development, and client mindset. You may earn more, less, or none at all compared to other clients the programs purchased.

Refunds for our digital products and programs are issued exclusively within 7 days of the original purchase of the product with the condition that the Client fill out an exit survey. If you are purchasing a stand-alone course, you must complete the entire program and submit homework requirements for each lesson.
Completed homework including but not limited to worksheets & other course materials will be required upon the refund request in order to provide a refund within 7 days of the purchase date. Homework and completed coursework will not be accepted outside of the 7-day refund period.
Exclusions to the 7-day refund policy apply to all customers who purchase a trial. Once the trial period is over your membership or course purchase will become active and refunds will not be processed under any circumstance and without exception.
This includes but is not limited to customers who request a refund because they change their minds, fail to cancel their trial or no longer wish to have access to the products.
Refunds for digital products are issued only under the following conditions:
- Download issues that cannot be rectified (if you experience problems while downloading the product beyond our control).
After 7 days of the original purchase of the product, we will not, under any circumstances deliver partial or full refunds of digital products or memberships.
We recommend contacting our support team for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading your products immediately.
